Job Descriptions:

• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, parameter setting, recipe loading, and feeder setup.
• Ensure production meets quality, output, and efficiency standards.
• Perform line setup, feeder loading, stencil installation, and material verification.
• Diagnose and resolve machine alarms, PCB misalignment, solder defects, feeder issues, and component pickup problems.
• Repair or replace basic mechanical/electrical parts.
• Escalate complex issues to engineers and support maintenance teams.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly PM on SMT equipment (cleaning, lubrication, calibration checks).
• Maintain proper handling and storage of SMT tools, feeders, and nozzles.
• Complete machine logs, downtime reports, production records, and checklist updates.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read simple schematics, understand SMT processes and soldering standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work in shifts.
• Speaking Mandarin will be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
