Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and driven Full Stack Developer to build, deploy, and maintain a comprehensive in-house digitalization system. This core application will centralize our operational workflows across multiple departments—including Sales, Store, Workshop, Customer Service, Technical, and IT. The system will feature advanced job assignment management, interactive dashboards, KPI reporting, and lay the groundwork for future mobile and field-tracking integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Development: Develop and maintain the core in-house web application from scratch.
• Frontend & Backend: Build intuitive frontend interfaces based on approved wireframes, and design robust backend APIs, business logic, and database structures.
• Security & Access: Implement secure login, authentication, and role-based permission modules.
• Workflow Integration: Create seamless digital workflows for project tracking, jobsheet uploads, task assignments, and digital checklists with file/photo upload capabilities.
• Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards, KPI reports, and data export functions (Excel/PDF).
• Future-Proofing: Architect the system to support upcoming mobile, PWA, and field-tracking integrations.
• Deployment: Manage application deployment to the company's Linux servers.
• Maintenance: Maintain clean, scalable source code utilizing Git version control.
• Documentation & Support: Draft technical documentation/setup guides, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot bugs, and iterate based on user feedback.

Required Skills:

• Backend: Laravel or Node.js
• Frontend: React or Vue
• Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL
• API: REST API development and integration
• Infrastructure: Linux server deployment and Git version control
• Core Concepts: Authentication, authorization, file upload/storage handling, and reporting/dashboard creation.

• Mobile app development experience (Flutter, React Native, or Android).
• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Docker.
• Experience integrating WhatsApp or Email notification APIs.
• Prior experience building internal workflows, CRM, ERP, inventory, or service management systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the project lead.
• Aptitude for translating complex business processes into efficient, user-friendly system workflows.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Goal-oriented, with the discipline to meet project milestones and provide structured weekly progress updates.
