Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bintulu for a Customer Relations Officer. The role involves the following:

• Attend and follow up with clients’ enquiry

• Assist in issuing sales documents such as quotations, work orders, delivery orders and invoices

• Communicate with production team and CST from other branches for order processing

• Close documents upon order completions

• Maintain office documentations.

• Other duties as per assigned

• Independent with minimum supervision

• Well-spoken in Mandarin will be an advantage

• On-job training will be provided

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM level, Diploma will be considered
• 2 – 3 working years' experience in customer relation
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Strong communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset
• Well-spoken in Mandarin will be an advantage
