Responsibilities
Admin Executive (Store Admin Internship)
Ensure kitchen supplies has no out of stock situation and place orders with HQ or direct to suppliers when necessary
Submit timely weekly & monthly stock reports as assigned
Ensure store items are well organized and labelled.
Create & update stock records and databases in a clear and efficient manner.
Conduct kitchen and general items stock check regularly
Receiving stocks and arranging stocks on a first in first out basis.
To monitor the qualities of the stock items to minimize write off.
To purchase ad hoc stock items such as fruits and vegetables when necessary.
Training will be provided.
Monday-Friday & half days on alternate Saturdays.
