Responsibilities
Administrative & Excel Documentation: Prepare and issue service-related documents and maintain accurate daily repair records for both USJ and Rawang branches.
After-Sales Service Coordination: Contact customers to gather machine information, coordinate and arrange machine collection with customers.
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
Providing customer support and able to communicate with customers in understanding their needs and provide support when necessary.
Work with flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
Able to work independently without much supervision
