Job summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of goods. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, receiving and issuing items, and ensuring the store is well-organized and efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, check, and record incoming goods

• Issue stock and materials based on approved requests

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock

• Keep the store clean, organized, and secure

• Prepare inventory and stock reports when required

• Follow company procedures for stock handling and control

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM or equivalent

• Prior experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory systems

• Able to use Microsoft Excel or basic computer systems

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills

• Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Physically fit to handle stock and materials
