RHB Bank Hiring! Full Time Premier Service Manager in Perak - Ricebowl

Primary Objectives

• Premier Centre Service Champion
• Manage vacant port and Onyx Leads
• Support cross selling & AUM initiatives
• Consolidate sales performance reports for Centre Manager
• Assist in events and campaigns (coordinating, merchandise)

• Attend to walk-in or call-in clients (e.g inquiries on transactional banking, membership services, product offered, account balances, currency rates) and if necessary direct to RMs
• Improve Premier Clients' experience when there are turnover in RMs- Manage the vacant port of respective Centre Manager's portfolio by maintaining the list, provide updates regularly on campaigns and rates for cross-selling and AUM
• Provide strong support to Premier Relationship Managers and Premier Relationship Directors in sales activities such as pre/post sales appointments, checking of forms and follow ups on potential requirements to ensure completion of submission.
• Able to present Premier Propositions, campaigns and all deposit and asset products related to Premier segment to our Premier customers in a professional manner.
• Ensure smooth process flow in Premier fees charges for better customer's experience - Maintain and keep track on list of customers for Premier fees deduction to improve customer's satisfaction and reimbursements within TAT.
• Ensuring 100% contact rate for all Onyx leads campaigns.
• Cross selling credit cards, PCA, MCA Debit Card, FD and Banca
• Assist Centre Managers to consolidate daily sales reports for sales meetings
• Attend and support Premier events in areas such as merchandises and RSVP listing
• Assist Premier Centre in performing Verification Call to Vulnerable Customers
• Assist Premier Centre in account opening process
