Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Perform installation and commissioning of kitchen equipment (e.g. ovens, mixers, chillers, fryers, etc.)

  2. Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to ensure all equipment operates efficiently

  3. Troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical and mechanical components

  4. Attend to customer service calls and provide on-site technical support

  5. Prepare service reports and update maintenance records

  6. Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards

  7. Support warehouse and delivery teams when needed (equipment setup, testing, etc.)
