Responsibilities
Job Descriptions
Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
Prepare Monthly financial statements and reports.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
Manage account payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, audit, SST, etc.)
To assist in preparation of detailed financial reports and plans for Managing Directors, Directors and Departmental Manager of the current financial situation for the company by monthly.
To assist in formulating finance and accounting plan for company to ensure that the financial plan has meet the missions and objectives the company set forth.
To monitor and control company financial resources effectively and efficiently.
To Identifies and analyse potential risks and neutralise them through effective planning and methods.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g, Autocount)
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong attention to details and accuracy.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
