About the role
GREATWALL TYRE & BATTERY (SIBU) SDN BHD' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in our Sibu, Sarawak location. This is a full-time role that will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and support to our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
Providing friendly and professional customer service, both in-person and over the phone
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on outstanding issues
Assisting customers with product selection, order placement, and aftercare support
Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service
Proven experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software (MS Office, email, data entry)
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
