Responsibilities
Job summary
We are looking for a HR & Administration Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resource and Administrative departments by handling employee-related documentation, maintaining records, coordinating office administration, and assisting with recruitment and payroll-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle and manage company applications and documentation related to government departments
- Liaise with government agencies for submissions, renewals, registrations, and related matters
- Prepare, organize, and submit required documents accurately and on time
- Follow up on application status and maintain proper records and filing systems
- Assist in daily Human Resources and administrative operations
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with relevant departments and authorities
Departments / Agencies Involved:
- EPF / KWSP
- SOCSO / PERKESO
- LHDN
- Immigration Department
- Labour Department
- And other related government agencies
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and related applications)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in HR, administration, or government-related documentation will be an added advantage
- Possess a valid driving license
