1. Technical Coordination & Site Supervision

• Supervise daily Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and overall work progress.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections for structural and architectural works to ensure quality and compliance.
• Identify site issues, defects, or technical problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper workmanship, material usage, and compliance with structural and architectural standards.
• Assist during consultant and client inspections.

2. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all workers comply with site safety procedures and regulations.
• Attend toolbox meetings and safety briefings regularly.
• Enforce proper use of PPE and safe working practices on site.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and permit requirements.
• Report accidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions promptly.

3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor and report daily and weekly construction progress.
• Prepare site diaries, progress updates, and photographic records.
• Track work progress against the construction schedule and highlight delays or shortages.
• Assist the Project Manager and Site Engineer in planning and site coordination activities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
