Responsibilities :

- Analyze production line performance (output, downtime, reject rate) and identify improvement opportunities.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to determine causes of process, machine, or human-related issues.

- Plan and implement improvement projects based on Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles.

- Reduce waste (time, manpower, materials) within production processes.

- Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle time, and line productivity.

- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Prepare performance reports and improvement proposals for management review.

- Support troubleshooting activities to minimize machine downtime.

- Conduct trials, validation, and continuous monitoring after implementing improvements.

- Ensure projects meet cost-saving and quality targets.

Qualifications :

Diploma or Degree in:

• Industrial Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience :

• 1–3 years (Junior) / 3–5 years (Mid-level) in a manufacturing environment
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (especially with relevant internship experience)

Skills :

• Strong problem-solving using tools like RCA / FMEA
• Basic knowledge of Lean / continuous improvement
• Data analysis skills (Excel, reporting)
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
