Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle shipping documents (import/export documents, booking forms, data entry, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy of documentation in system and records
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Follow established procedures and meet timelines
• Other administrative and support duties as required

Requirements:

• University graduate is preferred
• Good attitude, willing to learn, responsible and detail-focused
• Basic English reading & writing (to handle documents)
• Able to multitask and take stress
• Willing to work overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
