Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and data-driven business objectives.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business units.
• Support data governance, quality assurance, and documentation efforts.
• Automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks where possible.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to optimize data pipelines and storage solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related functions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying, data extraction, and analysis.
• Experienced in data visualization and dashboard development tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required to support business communication needs.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
