JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support superior on new machine setup from installation to operation.
• Conduct machine performance monitoring, breakdown analysis and carry out improvement activity.
• Responsible for repairing and maintaining the mechanical and electrical of all facilities, machine, operational equipment, and safety equipment by keeping a routine servicing schedule.
• Responsible for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to reduce machinery down time.
• Perform the preventive maintenance activity for entire plant utilities equipment and machinery.
• To maintain workshop, personal tools and equipment in working and safe condition.
• Improving and maintaining high standard of 5S.
• Better understanding on ISO 14001 requirements.
• Better understanding in identifying hazardous waste and make proper disposal arrangement to the scheduled waste storage.
• To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Possess Diploma/Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and electrical system operations in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of low-voltage automation systems is required.
• Proficient in repairs and servicing for HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
