Job description:
- Overall operation planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
- Site co-ordination, monitoring and report work progress.
- Ensure safe work procedures are implemented at site.
- Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the Company
- Review & ensure team performance is based on company standards & processes &take appropriate action/decision for improvement when required.
- Ensure team activities meeting KPIs & organization requirements
- Plan for upcoming organizational needs and strategy plan.
- Work closely with other teams/departments for smooth operation & effective.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering)
- A minimum 3 years' experience.
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
- Experience in maintenance and all facets of facility operation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Job location: Jabatan Perdana Menteri (JPM), Putrajaya
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per hour
