Overview

As the Project Executive, you will act as the central hub for communication and coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and clients. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables, and maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of various initiatives

This is a project-driven role where no two weeks are the same. You’ll work across multiple streams, from event logistics to content production, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Duties

• Coordinate stakeholders' communications and project workflows across events, talks, and media productions.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, logistics, and deliverables from start to finish.
• Support event planning when needed (virtual & in-person), including booking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and follow-ups using digital collaboration tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack.
• Anticipate issues and solve problems quickly to keep projects on track.

Experience

• 1-2 years in project coordination, events, or operations, or proven experience in related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Tech-savvy with experience in digital collaboration tools.
• Passion for personal finance or media is a plus.
