Location: Senawang

Responsibilities:

• Verify and process orders from the Business Development team.
• Check customer details, load requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in planning and scheduling daily transport jobs.
• Monitor driver movements and ensure timely deliveries.
• Support driver briefings and follow up on job progress.
• Handle transport documents and assist with driver claims.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with Admin/HR on driver updates.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of logistics/transport operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
