Job Description:
- Preliminary Lead Management: To manage BD preliminary team members in attending C&I preliminary leads, by providing technical & commercial consultancy, inclusive of preparation of preliminary proposals, and liaison/coordination with multiple stakeholders (client, investor, internal working teams etc.)
- Preliminary Lead Management: To become company’s representative as Key Account Manager for any leads in the pre-sales stage, until the client is secured and Kick Off/Project Handover meeting is conducted.
- Tender Management: To lead tender committee team to manage tender submission, inclusive of management of committee team members, assurance of tender submission compliance, and other related tasks that are related to the tender management.
- Business Development: Propose new businesses by exploring new opportunities, venturing into new ideas & providing feasibility & viability study of the new business proposal.
- Business Development: Propose marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Senior level in Project Development roles (preferably within Solar Industry).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, costing software, and procurement systems.
- Familiar with ISO documentation and tendering best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
