JOB DESCRIPTION – Assistant Operation
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth return processes and resolve customer issues effectively.
- To ensure the temperature data is being downloaded monthly and maintain them in Warehouse storage folder.
- Manage lorry servicing and Puspakom inspection schedules, ensure road tax and insurance are valid, and maintain company equipment maintenance records accurately
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and resolve outlet issues efficiently.
- Liaise with the team leader to compile all staff mistakes weekly and arrange communication with the staff and leader.
- Proceed with the monthly stock take and prepare a short-expiry report every month.
- Lead and support operations and administration teams to ensure smooth daily workflows without delays or mistakes.
REQUIREMENT :-
- Min Diploma and above
- Excellent attention to detail to accurately process returns
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle return-related issues or challenges that may arise
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple return requests and ensure timely processing
- Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of returns
- Able to collaborate with internal teams
