• Manage check-ins and check-outs
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails and inquiries
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as incoming bookings and reporting
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management as needed
• Perform end-of-day or night shift reports
• Follow company policies, safety, procedures and confidentiality standards.
