Responsibilities
We are an insurance captive company experiencing exciting growth and expansion. In line with our business development plans, we are seeking a suitably qualified, motivated, and dynamic individual to join our organization as an Admin Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
• Handle filing, data entry, correspondence, and document management
• Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and office activities
• Maintain proper records and office documentation
• Support management and team members with day-to-day administrative tasks
General Job Requirements:
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to handle general office administration tasks efficiently
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)
