Job Description

Responsibilities

岗位职责:

1. 执行日常采购工作。

2. 确保采购订单正确开票、按时完成及交付,并维持产品质量。

3. 识别及评估供应商,与供应商洽谈合同及采购订单,以获取最佳价格及价值,并争取有利条款。

4. 根据采购订单跟踪及监督原材料情况。

5. 监控库存水平并安排下单,以确保最佳库存水平。

6. 将供应商交付的货物分发至相关部门。

7. 管理仓库库存,并进行每周及每月库存盘点。

8. 与生产、物流及财务团队合作,确保采购活动符合业务需求。

9. 完成管理层不时分配的其他职责与任务。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform day to day purchasing activities.

2. Ensure that purchases are correctly invoiced, completed and delivered in a timely manner while maintaining the quality.

3. Identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiate contracts and purchase orders with them in order to obtain the best price and value for money and secure favourable terms.

4. Tracking and monitoring raw materials according to purchase order.

5. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to ensure optimal stock levels.

6. Distribution of goods received from vendor to the respective department.

7. Managing the warehouse stock and inventory, proceeding with weekly and monthly stock count.

8. Collaborating with production, logistics and finance team to align procurement activities with business needs.

9. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

岗位要求:

1. 拥有商业管理、供应链管理或相关领域的大专/学士学位或同等学历。

2. 至少1年采购相关工作经验,具制造业经验者将优先考虑。欢迎应届毕业生申请。

3. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。

4. 具备良好的谈判与沟通能力,以及优秀的人际关系技巧。

5. 能够独立工作及具备团队合作精神。

6. 具备良好的分析及解决问题能力,以识别节省成本的机会。

7. 具备良好的中文书写及口头沟通能力,能够与中国同事进行信息交流。

8. 能够在雪兰莪巴生港(Pulau Indah)办公室工作。

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.

2. At least 1 year working experience in procurement or purchasing role, preferably in manufacturing will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

4. Good negotiation and communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skill.

5. Ability to work as a team and independently.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost saving opportunities.

7. Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate information to colleagues from China.

8. Able to work in our office in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
