Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth.

Lead and manage the sales force in achieving the desired sales targets, Lead and manage a team of sales associates, technicians, and support staff.

Establish business contacts and manage relationships for expansion of business opportunities

maintain daily store operation from cash sales monitoring, store man power schedule planning, and cost control on store expenses. 

Can plan both their own time and their team effectively. Will seek out beneficial opportunities for the business and take charge of their own personal and professional development

Skilled at driving their team to actively sell products to customers with the use of product demonstration. Is naturally competitive and target-orientated

Ensure staff attitude with follow company policy set as guideline. 

Self-motivated and goal-orientated, always striving to achieve the best results and leading by example. Delivers and strives to achieve objectives, plans, deadlines and is committed to achieving targets

Job Requirements

Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales
