Job Description:
Responsible for managing and renewing company licences and registrations, including CIDB, PUKONSA, BPKU, and KPDNHEP.
Handle renewal of insurance policies for company properties and assets.
Prepare tender forms, submission documents, and maintain updated company profiles and corporate records.
Manage the company’s corporate telecommunication services and liaise with CelcomDigi and Unifi regarding company lines, subscriptions, and related matters.
Handle project claims and assist in preparing new or replacement company handphones for staff members.
Serve as the Document Control Coordinator (DCC) for ISO documentation, compliance, and filing matters.
Manage and update GHRA petty cash records and related documentation.
Handle renewal of tenancy agreements and manage LHDN stamping processes for contract staff and subcontractor agreements.
Perform general administrative and HR support duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in HR and administrative functions.
Familiar with company licence renewals, tender documentation, ISO documentation, and corporate administration.
Good communication and coordination skills with external agencies and service providers.
Able to work independently, well-organised, and able to multitask effectively.
