About the role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join the team at samudah enterprise sdn bhd'. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing our sales strategy, overseeing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth for the business. This is a full-time position based in Sibu, Sarawak.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure peak performance
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the Sales industry
Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using sales data and metrics to drive decision-making
Relevant university degree or equivalent qualifications
