Our client is a global manufacturing company within the industrial and electronics manufacturing space, currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support project governance, NPI coordination, and operational planning activities.
about the job
- Coordinate and monitor new product introduction (NPI) and transfer projects across cross-functional teams.
- Act as the key liaison between project managers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Develop and maintain project tracking systems, dashboards, and status reporting for management visibility.
- Support factory capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational readiness assessments.
- Drive project governance activities including risk tracking, milestone monitoring, and process alignment.
- Utilize Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools to generate data-driven insights and improve project transparency.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency.
- Support KPI tracking, forecasting accuracy, and project prioritization activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or PMO functions within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools.
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and resource management.
- Experience within electronics manufacturing, SMT, assembly, or industrial manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
- PMP certification, Lean, or Six Sigma exposure is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
