Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support for day-to-day office work and operation.
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, conferences, appointments and training session.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, distribute relevant documents and ensure follow-up on action items.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Liaise with service providers and other external parties to ensure smooth project execution / office operations.
Perform general office duties, such as greet visitors, answer phone calls, and organize office space.
Assist to the procurement department to ensure smooth business operations.
Perform any other ad-hoc assignment assigned.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred.
At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in administrative field.
Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Proficient in Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel and etc.
Able to work in multitask with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all Company levels.
Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Possess own transport.
