Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Branch Manager based in Sibu, Malaysia. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, manage branch staff, and ensure smooth and efficient business processes. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing business growth initiatives, managing budgets and financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also identify opportunities to enhance services, optimize resource allocation, and drive innovation to meet customer and business goals.

Qualifications

• Operational and administrative management skills, including experience in managing budgets, logistics, and daily business operations
• Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee and motivate branch staff
• Strategic planning and business development abilities to identify growth opportunities and implement plans to achieve organizational goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and operational safety
• Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology to drive operational efficiencies
• Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
