Responsibilities

Senior Manager (Hotel Operations)

We are seeking a capable and experienced Senior Manager (Hotel Operations) to oversee and manage the daily operations of our hotel branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and solid experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven ability to improve operational efficiency, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive continuous service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily hotel operations to ensure efficient service delivery, quality standards, and compliance with regulations
  • Plan, develop, and implement operational strategies, processes, and resource allocation
  • Monitor departmental performance, KPIs, and overall productivity to achieve business objectives
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and effective utilization of hotel resources
  • Lead, guide, and support department managers and supervisors, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hotel SOPs, and statutory regulations
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth coordination and achievement of organizational goals
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management
  • Address escalated operational issues and guest concerns in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities
  • Hands-on experience in KPI monitoring, process improvement, and cost management
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
