Job Descriptions:

• Responsible to complete all documentation related to export and import and specific to the exit/destination country.
• Liaise with external - shipping company, Forwarding Internal – Production, Marketing,
• Preparation of invoices ensuring shipping document are calculated accurately and passed onto customer.
• Generating and processing customs document on time
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods
• Make sure that items are loaded onto shipment vehicle in a safe and timely manner
• Manage and follow-up to ensure on time delivery.
• Prepare & monitor all filling documentation for import & export
• Manage & facilitate the haulier / transport ordering
• Renewal of MITI and MICCI related documents
• Ensure proper filling and records
• Follow-up Finance / Liaise Consignee payment status / banking document
• Ensuring all containers bound for discharge and loading have all necessary travel plans
• Daily Planning / Weekly Planning – Container movement
• Handle Billing activity.
• Liaise with account dept for yearly Finance Audit

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Shipping or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
