Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Scopes:

  • To handle corporate secretarial work and Incorporation of companies.
  • Maintenance of statutory records under the Companies Act, 2016.
  • Preparation of the directors and shareholders' resolutions, annual return, AGM & EGM minutes & etc.
  • Filing of documents.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Able to speak and understand English and Mandarin (in need to liaise with China customer). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • No work experience required.
  • Required Skill(s): Ms Office, SQL, Autocount, UBS or any other accounting software.
  • Preferably specialized in Accounting/ Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Able to Work at Seri Kembangan and Petaling Jaya area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
