Job responsibilities :

System Administration

• Management of Windows Server environments (Active Directory & User Access).

Network Management

• Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Network troubleshooting (addressing connectivity issues and latency/slow speeds).
• Solid understanding of Firewall concepts.

Data Management

• Execution of automated and manual data backups.
• Implementation of data security measures (Antivirus management and access control).

Advanced IT Support

• Maintenance of internal company systems (POS, Accounting software, etc.).
• Hardware support for Printers, CCTV, and Door Access systems.
• Administration of user accounts and permission controls.
• Management of file servers and shared folder structures.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in IT, computer Science, or related field.
• Have 2-5 years of relevant experience in System Administration, Network Administration, or IT support.
• Proficiency in Window Server and basic knowledge of Linux.
• Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, Routers and Firewalls.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
