Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Development & Implementation
o Design, develop, and deploy internal systems (ERP, workflow systems, reporting tools).
o Customize software solutions based on company operational needs.
o Ensure systems are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly.
2. Business Process Improvement
o Analyse current workflows and identify areas for automation and improvement.
o Convert manual processes into digital solutions to increase productivity.
o Work closely with departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Site) to gather requirements.
3. System Integration & Automation
o Integrate multiple systems to ensure smooth data flow across departments.
o Develop automation tools for reporting, tracking, and daily operations.
o Improve data accuracy and reduce duplication of work.
4. System Maintenance & Support
o Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems.
o Ensure system reliability, performance, and minimal downtime.
o Provide technical support and guidance to users when needed.
5. Database & Architecture Management
o Design and manage database structures (MySQL, SQL Server, ERP System,etc.).
o Ensure proper data storage, backup, and recovery processes.
o Maintain system security and data integrity.
6. Security & Compliance
o Implement system security measures and access controls.
o Ensure software complies with company policies and data protection standards.
o Monitor and prevent potential security risks. Security Support
7. Leadership & Collaboration
o Lead technical direction and system architecture decisions.
o Mentor junior staff or IT team members (if any).
o Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
