Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach potential clients.
- Recommend the most suitable insurance products.
- Explain policies and coverage options clearly.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with policy updates, claims, and renewals.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or any related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in TAKAFUL, INSURANCE or FINANCIAL SERVICES.
- Relevant insurance licenses (e.g., Life and Health Insurance License). If any.
Skills:
- Proven sales performance with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to assess clients' needs and recommend suitable products.
- Efficient time management.
