Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, verify, and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
• Manage and update employee leave data in the system.
• Ensure all resignation, termination, and new joiner information is properly recorded and reflected in payroll processing.
• Support end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Check and reconcile payroll data, including attendance discrepancies and adjustments.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to payroll.
• Maintain proper documentation and payroll records for audit purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing (preferable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
