LM Partners Hiring! Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor in Sabah, Earn up to MYR 6,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all quantity surveying and commercial functions for construction projects
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Evaluate contractor and subcontractor tenders, including cost analysis and recommendations
• Manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost control within approved budget
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on all commercial matters
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project requirements, and audit standards
• Provide strategic advice on cost planning and contract administration
• Mentor and guide junior QS team members

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to full QS lifecycle
• Proven experience handling tendering, cost control, VO, and final accounts independently
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices
• Experience in infrastructure / building / mixed development projects is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS-related tools/software
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Able to lead, work independently, and make sound commercial decisions

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
