RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee daily electrical maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues safely and efficiently.
• Manage energy usage, budget, spare parts, and vendor coordination.
• Work closely with production, safety, and other departments to support operations.
• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Handle additional tasks or assignments as needed.
• Prepare maintenance reports, forecasts, and performance data for management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment history.

QUALIFICATION

• Valid Chargeman Certificate (AO / Al / A4 / BO / B4 or other applicable categories) registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in industrial / manufacturing maintenance preferred.

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE

• Hands-on knowledge in equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Valid Chargeman certificate (AO / A1 / A4 / BO / B4 or as applicable). In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards (e.g., Suruhanjaya Tenaga, OSHA)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
