About the Role
-CAPE EMS Berhad is seeking highly motivated and driven graduates to join our Management Trainee Program. This program is designed to develop future professionals in Purchasing and Program Management within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
-You will gain hands-on exposure to supplier management, project coordination, and customer program support, working closely with cross-functional teams and international customers.

Key Responsibilities
*Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
-Support sourcing activities for materials, components, and services required for production.
-Work closely with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
-Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and cost optimization initiatives.

*Program & Customer Coordination
-Assist in coordinating customer programs and projects from initiation to completion.
-Work closely with internal departments such as Engineering, Production, and Planning.
-Monitor project timelines, progress, and potential risks to ensure successful delivery.

*Operational & Business Exposure
-Participate in operational improvement initiatives.
-Gain exposure to EMS manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
-Support data analysis and reporting related to purchasing and program performance.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proactive attitude with willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-Mandarin proficiency is preferable for effective communication with China-based customers and suppliers.
