Job Summary
As a team member in International Project Management Office (IPMO) at MR DIY, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our international operations, particularly in Spain, Turkey, and other emerging markets. This position is integral to maintaining operational alignment, facilitating strategic initiatives, and addressing regional challenges to drive MR DIY’s international growth and success. Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring: Oversee and track the business performance of MR DIY’s international operations, promptly escalating key issues to senior management.
Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between local management teams and regional Heads of Departments (HODs)/Managers.
Problem Solving: Work to resolve challenges raised by country managers by providing solutions, consulting with regional HODs/Managers, or escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
Project Management: Follow up with relevant parties to ensure the successful execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives and pilot projects.
International Expansion: Support activities necessary for the development and expansion of MR DIY’s businesses in new markets
Ad-Hoc Support: Provide additional support to senior management, which may include: incorporating companies in new countries, with attention to local shareholding and tax regulations. Reviewing existing corporate structures to align with investment objectives. Liaising with external advisors and service providers as required
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or any other related field.
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Character Traits: Highly adaptable, can-do attitude, open minded, resourceful and proactive with strong initiative to meet business demands
