Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
  • Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
  • Assist in audit and tax matters, including document preparation and follow-up
  • Handle general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant accounting experience
  • Able to handle full set of accounts independently
  • Familiar with accounting standards and basic tax compliance
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office

Added Advantage:

  • Prior working experience in accounting firm / audit firm / tax firm
  • Experience liaising directly with auditors and tax agents
  • Familiar with sales tax codes and submission of SST-02 returns
  • Able to calculate basic interest and loan instalments (loan / financing industry exposure is an added bonus)
  • Familiar with Kastam paperwork, including preparation and handling of K1 Form

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
