Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales & Documentation

  • Prepare booking forms, receipts, quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
  • Handle property sales documentation and filing.
  • Ensure all customer documents are complete and submitted on time.
  • Monitor sales progress, SPA signing, and loan status.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up with purchasers regarding payments and documentation.
  • Arrange appointments and coordinate property viewings when required.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.

Coordination

  • Liaise with bankers, lawyers, developers, and purchasers on property transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal sales agents regarding customer cases and updates.
  • Assist in resolving documentation or transaction issues.

Administrative Duties

  • Update and maintain customer databases and sales records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Handle general office administrative tasks.
  • Support management with ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
