Responsibilities
LOCATION : SITE ROCKSHED, CAMERON HIGHLAND
Role & Responsibilities :
1. To supervise site construction works and monitor project progress / schedule.
2. Ensure the sub-contractor’s adherence to construction documents and latest Authorities’ regulations.
3. To liaise and coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and government authorities
4. Assist in reviewing Contractor’s Submissions (shop drawings, materials, RFI, etc.)
5. Provide all necessary on-site direction.
6. To provide timely reports and feedback to the Project Manager/Director.
7. Check measure of work done.
8. Monitor sub-contractor’s resource allocation.
9. Assist in reviewing the project’s close out documents.
10. To conduct any other task assigned by the superior and Management.
Qualification & Requirement :
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university.
2. More than 3 years of strong work experience with roads & infrastructure projects preferably with JKR project.
3. A team player with the ability to interact at all levels.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
