ASTAR STEEL SDN BHD is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales objectives and expanding our customer. What you'll be doing
- Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Presenting our products and services effectively, highlighting their unique features and benefits
- Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular reports on performance
- Attending industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate new leads
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the steel industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Thorough understanding of the steel industry and the competitive landscape
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
