Job description

Responsibility and requirement:

• To attend and coordinate all site matters between consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.

. Oversee work packages and work is delivered as per approved works specifications, quality, and work plan to meet project deadlines

Primary point of contact for the construction supervision of the project between the contractors, clients and consultants

Responsible for following up with and monitoring instructions and commitment by various parties

Resolving site issues and providing early resolution to technical issues on site.

Review contractors project execution plan, quality control plan, and other related documents

Supervise execution of technical aspects of the project

Representing client on all important meetings concerning the project.

Monitor site progress and performances and report back to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
