Requirements
- Diploma or Degree or
- Minimum 5 years in restaurant/hospitality management for Restaurant Manager position and
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hospitality management for(supervisor or assistant manager level)
- QSR or fast food experience strongly preferred
- Good understanding of food safety, inventory control and cash management
- Strong leadership, energetic and result driven
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Pleasant personality with ability to work independently
- Able to handle warehouse
Responsibilities for the Position: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Manage and execute the restaurant’s Operating Plan in alignment with directives from the Head of Operations and overall company strategies, while clearly communicating performance expectations to the Restaurant Management Team (RMT).
- Monitor the restaurant’s performance across all Key Result Areas (KRA) and ensure timely follow-through on corrective and improvement action plans.
- Drive and ensure full compliance with local and governmental regulations, including Food Safety, OSHA, Halal requirements, and other applicable laws.
- Conduct and/or participate in regular meetings with Team Members to provide updates, address concerns, and encourage two-way feedback.
- Collect, review, and analyze business performance data, and prepare reports for Monthly Business Reviews and other management presentations.
- Establish and achieve store sales targets in accordance with goals set by the Head of Operations.
- Support the desired product sales mix through effective suggestive selling and in-store sales-building initiatives.
- Oversee the launch and implementation of new products (NP), monitor performance, and provide feedback on operational or process-related issues.
- Track and evaluate the sales performance of both new and existing products, assessing their impact on overall business results.
- Develop and drive Food Safety Compliance (FSC) and Gold Standard Consistency (GSC) targets for the restaurant.
- Monitor FSC and GSC compliance levels, analyze gaps, and implement action plans to address identified deviations.
- Manage manpower requirements in accordance with approved restaurant staffing guidelines.
- Take full responsibility for effective schedule planning, ensuring optimal control of overhead costs relative to sales performance.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
