• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a table.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and correctly.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Refill water, condiments, and other items as needed.
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant before and after service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work as a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
