Qualification

• Candidate must possess at Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with local employment laws, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc)
• Proficient in payroll software ( (Iflexi).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-Time position available.
• Able to join immediately is advantage.

Job Description

• Processes company’s payroll every pay period.
• Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
• Responsible to answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records. Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in payroll records.
• Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
• Prepare payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review and ensure payroll documents are well maintain and strictly confidential.
• Ensure all statutory payment complete before deadline.
• Assist in the planning of compensation and benefits policy of the company.
• Assist in outlining policies and define procedures for the development of performance management in the company and to plan and execute companywide performance appraisal system.
• Support HR in employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Involve in HR program and activities.
• Any other task assigned from superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
