Responsibilities
INDUSTRY : HOSPITALITY / ACCOMODATION
BASIC SALARY : RM 3,000.00 onwards [depending on experience and performance]
- MUST have OWN transport.
- MUST have at least 2 years experience in Hotel/Hospitality or Customer Service
- MUST be able to work on Friday's, Saturday's, Sunday's and Public Holidays
- MUST be able to deal with difficult customer service related issues
- MUST be able to deal with undermanagers & supervisors
BRIEF OVERVIEW ON DAILY TASKS :
- Manage subordinates : undermanagers for the housekeeping team, receptionist team, administration team
- Making sure daily operations are smooth and SOPs are enforced
- Carrying out tasks that are required by the Management in regards on operations (Housekeeping, Customer Service & Data Entry)
- Cost control and supplier audits
- Implement and enforce efficient operational procedures to ensure continuous smooth operations and cost control
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
